Young Liberians enter the job market every month and most need useful working skills to earn a basic, stable income. OneLiberia and Africa54 can help, with free online skills, tools, and resources to improve and learn new practical skills, and build a better life.

Good things are happening in Liberia, however education and training are often inadequate or unaffordable, jobs always remain scarce, and many young Liberians are unemployed or underemployed. Many are moving to Monrovia to live and work, or trying to emigrate.

Inflation, population growth and even climate change are impacting jobs and opportunities in every county. Most young Liberians have no choice but to farm or work as self-employed and need practical working skills to build a stable living.The lack of vocational training hurts, moreover many are unable to read well, making it harder to improve basic working skills or learn new practical skills.
